PROGRAM
Day1:
Arrival to Ivalo airport.
Transfer to Kiilopää Sports Centre.
Information, sauna, dinner and overnight.
Day2:
Breakfast.
Transfer to Tana, Smalfjord in Norway.
Catamaran speed passenger ship fjord cruise to Laggo.
Arrival at Laggo desert fjord with cottage accomodation.
Meeting the guide, Vidar the Viking.
Information, sauna, dinner and overnight
Day 3:
Breakfast.
Snow shoe walk to Nervei village 15 km.
Panorama view, mountains, fjords and desert village with 30 inhabitants.
Enjoying local food, overnight in local houses.
Day 4:
Breakfast.
Snow shoe climbing/walking over exciting small mountains along the fjord to Langfjordnes village, 7 inhabitants.
Day distance 15km.
Transfer by boat to Skjånes.
Sauna, swimming, dinner and overnight.
Day 5:
Breakfast.
Crossing Skjånes mountain 500m altitude.
Day distance 18km.
Dinner and overnight in the mountain cottage
Day 6:
Breakfast.
Walking to Gamvik village and Slettnes - the northernmost lighthouse at the European continent. With panorama view over the entire Arctic Ocean.
Day distance 20km.
Dinner and overnight at local guesthouse
Day 7:
Breakfast.
Car or minibus transfer to Skjånes village.
High speed passenger ship cruise back to Smalfjord, Tana
Bus transfer to Kiilopää Sports Centre.
Sauna, celebration dinner and overnight.
Day 8:
Breakfast.
Transfer to Ivalo airport.
